Don't Cut Back on Living Your Life: Make More Cash
After the recent meltdown of the financial markets I found it quite troubling that most so called financial experts in the media were suggesting that bomers need to 'cut-back', 'go without', 'work harder' and 'save more'. Everyone seems to be fixated on telling you to cut back on the expense side of the profit and loss statement. I have found that there are not many 'experts' focusing on the income side of the equation.
When all of the focus is on reducing cash outflows rather than increasing cash inflows the result can only be a minimizing of your life. Now I am all for being sensible and cutting back where you can cut back, but I believe that you can cut back on some things, and at the same time focus on making more cash. Then you can get that cash to make more cash and then gradually you will have much more money left to expand your life, while everyone else around you is contracting. The truth here is that you have a choice. Instead of going with the herd and working longer, it's time to get creative and find new ways to make
money. They are stepping up and saying, "I am not going to take this. I
am going to do something about it. I am going to do whatever it takes to find another way". Thousands of entrepreneurial boomers are doing it and you can do it too. What if you could change the entire way that you create money? What if instead of working the way you have for the last 30 years you found a new way to make money? What if this way meant you only worked one fifth of the time but you got 5 times the reward. Let me tell you that this is entirely possible. Let's assume for a moment that most people work 5 days, 40+ hours a week and make $1,000 for an hourly rate of $25. What if you could grow a Money Tree in around 15 hours a week, or less than a couple of days work and make $5,000 a month? This takes your hourly rate up to $83 an hour. That's about 3 times more than your current hourly rate. 300% better than you were getting before. But best of all now you have 3 days a week to do what you want most plus the weekend of course! This type of result is a smart result. It's getting money working for you. It's building one or more money trees that fund your lifestyle. Building a Money Tree does take some effort and energy to set up and maintain, but the results are well worth it. Best of all you can grow a money tree from your laptop from where ever you are in the world. If you believe it's not possible then its not. If you buy into the propaganda that you have to work longer then you simply don't look for other ways of creating the result that you want.
